- RLroyson logisticsNov 3, 20251.0Be very very very careful with this brokerage as a carrier when booking a load. If the load has lumper fees, don't do it. We picked up the load on 08/21/25 and delivered on 08/22/25. The load was paying $500. The broker for the load paid the lumper fee of $ 377.40. Come pay day, R2X deducted the lumper fee from our rate and paid us $ 122.6. We emailed their lumper deptartment and they said the deduction has to do with lumper and that we should reach out to the broker. Calls and emails to the broker goes unanswered. We booked this load with Mike Heuerman. Why rob carriers using lumper fees?
