I started using this service in Feb 2025 and delivery was scheduled for every 2 weeks. Since I started my water delivery has been Rescheduled every single time and I’m talking 10 times each delivery a total of 21 times which in turn means I am def not getting it every 2 weeks..Since Feb I have only received the water 3 times. This is completely unacceptable. I call each time and can get nowhere.. They always say it’s because of the merger and then promise a date it will be here.. Guess what, it sure doesn’t even deliver when promised. I am searching for a new service because I thought I wouldn’t have to buy any cases of water from the store but I am spending a ton of money On store water still.. I’m truly upset and frustrated..I also try to speak with an escalation manager, only one time have I been able to do so…Now they are not letting me.. They do comp your water but it’s still unacceptable at this point.
