- MRMary RagonApr 4, 20251.0Every since Primo has taken over Ready Refresh water they don't take care of Ready Refresh customers, they must be doing there Primo customers. If they can't service all the companies they took over then why do it? They suck at customers service. I am quitting as soon as they will answer there phones. Now they have the phones shut off.
