For context, I am a young professional in the financial/banking space. I graduated only a few years ago, during a time where there was a lot of competition getting any sort of job, let alone one that suited my training. I was reached out to by Caroline, my recruiter from Insight Global. She got me set up with an interview and I got the job! I have been happy in my work from home role for a few months now, and I could not have done any of it without Insight Global's commitment to my success. Thank you Insight Global for making my career aspirations a reality.

My experience with Insight Global has been genuinely great from start to finish. Brad was my recruiter and he was extremely open, honest, and responsive throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or concern, he was quick to follow up and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. The team I onboarded with at the company we were contracted for was nothing short of amazing — it truly felt like a small personal tribe from day one. Janine coordinated everything very well, even while returning from maternity leave, and made the onboarding process smooth and organized. Pay was great, and the benefits were exactly what you’d expect from a recruiting agency designed for contract work. Most importantly, I was ultimately offered a full-time opportunity with the company we were contracted for, and it was clearly a great fit for both sides. Overall, I’m very grateful for the opportunity Insight Global helped create and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for solid career placement and real support. — Justice McKinney

Insight global has been a godsend to me. Of the 20+ recruiters I've talked with in the past 5 years they are the ONLY ones that seem to know what they are doing, and they get excellent results. They are genuinely interested in my success. I have had GREAT opportunities because of Insight Global and their dedication.

I will start by saying that if you find yourself entering contract work with this company, don't. The benifits they offer is just a laughing stock to start with. $60/wk for a 9k deductible and that was the CHEAPEST package they offered. They just feel like nothing but a social club for the extroverted individuals and the ones who are liked and popular. They dont care if you work hard and dont even think about bringing up any issues cause then you become a target. When you reach out for advice on anything, they will turn it against you and say that they are conversations about behavior when they blind side you down the road with a write up called a PIP without discussing with you that anything was wrong to begin with. Then any little wrong thing you do, even if it is the very smallest, you will be terminated while under the PIP. They are also very vague at explaining anything, refusing to give a direct answer to anything that you may have done wrong. For a good example, I was on said PIP, one of the reasons for it was I was "avoiding" my duties, aka folding wipes ahead of the task that was about to be performed, is what I was told was wrong during the PIP conversation so I stopped even though that was what I was taught from day 1. No one else got this treatment and a majority of everyone else was able to continue this with no discipline. Right before my 30 day mark (I am a larger person) a room with items in it was small and not a lot of room, 2 other associates had gone in the room to start. If I entered, I would of gone against the clients policy and would have pushed some of the items to make room for me to enter breaking the policy. I noticed this so I asked if they would like me to join or stay out and keep working on the next set of items due to what I noticed. I was told I could stay out and keep working on the next set of items. Granted I was dealing with some health issues this day but I was still working through it. I was sent home soon after and the next day terminated because I was avoiding my duties again but I was never told any specific details. During the hire process, they have you perform HR Training videos while off the clock and at home without compensation. Any further training via the computer they also wanted you to perform at home during your employment, thankfully the client allowed the associates to perform the tasks on the clock. During a meeting it was brought up and the client did NOT know that the associates were told to do the training at home, without compensation. Insight Global also did not want the client in the loop about any negative events that happen, it was brought up during a weekly meeting one time then magically it went from only Insight involved to you can go to anyone, client or Insight whoever you feel most comfortable. You get talked about a lot behind your back as well if you go above and beyond or anything that the associates do not like, this also puts a target on your head because the majority masses dont like you due to this, however if you bring up any little thing, you get in trouble because you have this target on you. Don't even think about following the motto "see something, say something", it just puts, yet a bigger target on your head and another reason for the majority not to like you. Over all, I hope this deters you from getting employed with Insight Global. It was my first ever contract job and the worst company I have ever worked for.

Amazing team and really supportive staff. They really care for their consultants and the level of transparency that they have within their organization is something that deserves a standing ovation. My experience has been great and especially with Evelyn who has been super supportive and diligent for each and every step along the journey. She definitely deserves a raise!!
