  Greenfield signs was a great company to work with. They were prompt in response and turnaround time for installation was great! We have used them twice now for two of our clinic sites. Highly recommend.

  I’ve worked with Greenfield Signs twice, and both experiences were deeply disappointing. When I first hired them, they took my full payment and held my money for months before even giving me a production or installation date — the process dragged on for nearly a year. Later, they tried to add unexplained charges and continued to email me years afterward requesting payment with no documentation to support the amount, Just a typed email signed from Shane’s yahoo email. Recently, I rehired them in good faith to relocate my existing sign, solely because they were the cheapest of the competitors in cost not service. While I was out of the country, they took advantage of my limited communication and discarded part of my property without authorization—despite having full access to my building to leave it safely inside. When confronted, they first blamed an employee for throwing it away, then later admitted that the company itself received and disposed of it. A service that apparently costs for disposal, and I absolutely did not pay for that service. Huge Red flag. Why would they give me a complimentary service if I supposedly still owed them money from the previous job? Because it’s all false statements. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, the owner spoke to me disrespectfully and gaslit me, insisting that I verbally approved disposal—something my clear, written instructions contradict. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, management chose to place blame on me, even though my documentation clearly shows otherwise. The lack of accountability and professionalism is alarming, especially as a fellow business owner. Greenfield Signs may underprice competitors to get the job, but the customer service, communication, and integrity are severely lacking. Proceed with caution if you value your time, property, and respect. What began as a simple relocation turned into an unnecessary dispute that cost me both time and property.

  We purchased 3 different signs from Greenfield this year. Shane and all the people were great to work with, very professional and most importantly the signs all look GREAT!
