This is completely asinine as they were shipped to me via FedEx but now they’re saying I have to call an 800 number to return them. The labels are on there. This is the third FedEx I’ve been to. Maybe if the interaction didn’t start with you tryin to find a reason to not ship then leave the room to get your boss I would have stood there and listened to whatever you were trying to say. Clearly your job is not tied to performance and is about filling specific quotas.
