Searched thru hundreds of shipping addresses to find what I needed to search for my package. Kudos to Ashlee for her wonderful attitude & tenacity to help me! Awesome!!

I have had a heck of a time with a certain package I sent that was not delivered for FedEx indicated that the address was incorrect. The receipt I received when sending the package I had to put into the box that I was mailing so the receiver could submit the receipt for expenses. (My Old Job) anyway, the package came back to me and I resent it because this FedEx location told me, "Oh we made a mistake" Weeks later the receiver of the package reached out to say they had not received it. Long and short of it I went back into the Store and Ashley Anderson helped me even though I did not have the tracking number. This gal had a cool head and a kind smile and for 20 minutes she looked for and FOUND the receipt with the tracking code. Also, she did not have the correct last 4 of the credit card that it was purchased on (because I did not know it) so come hell or high water she found it!!! This Level of customer Service in this day and age in no where to be found . . except for at FedEx at 3268 W 8th Street Indianapolis, IN. Ashley, you should be promoted!!!
