- BKBarbara Kovacs3 days ago5.0Ashley Anderson of FedEx-this one is for you! I have had a heck of a time with a certain package I sent that was not delivered for FedEx indicated that the address was incorrect. The receipt I received when sending the package I had to put into the box that I was mailing so the receiver could submit the receipt for expenses. (My Old Job) anyway, the package came back to me and I resent it because this FedEx location told me, "Oh we made a mistake" Weeks later the receiver of the package reached out to say they had not received it. Long and short of it I went back into the Store and Ashley Anderson helped me even though I did not have the tracking number. This gal had a cool head and a kind smile and for 20 minutes she looked for and FOUND the receipt with the tracking code. Also, she did not have the correct last 4 of the credit card that it was purchased on (because I did not know it) so come hell or high water she found it!!! This Level of customer Service in this day and age in no where to be found . . except for at FedEx at 3268 W 8th Street Indianapolis, IN. Ashley, you should be promoted!!!

- JBJohn BrownSep 25, 20253.0The comments about the friendliness of this store are accurate. It's hit or miss. My FedEx package was prepaid. I just want to have it scanned at the counter so that it updates to "tendered" on the tracking. As I'm walking to the counter the clerk loudly announces that the iPad (she points) will give me a receipt. I relay that I want the status to be "tendered" and she claims to not know what I'm talking about. Uh huh. This is what appears to be a manager of the location. She's not friendly and doesn't know what tendered means. Some re-training is likely overdue at this location.
