Robert was working that day and did an incredible job—he was patient, kind, and balanced helping multiple customers at once so no one had to wait long. Huge shoutout to him and thank you for hiring such a great team!
- JPjosh perrinJan 11, 20232.0Went in to ship a 36x24 wooden plaque to Texas. The lady was super nice. She told me it would cost $350 to ship it which included the price of the box and packing it. I ended up buying the box (which is way too big, almost the size of my car!), cut it down to size myself and shipped with UPS for only $30. I just don’t understand why it would cost so much through FedEx. Maybe the staff needs better training on box sizing.
