They lost my package in Mexico, and when I called for help, their only response was, “you need to solve it, we cannot do anything.” I had to fix the problem on my own without any support from them. Later, when I went to request a refund (as the manager had promised if my package came back), the staff were rude, dismissive, and refused to give me my $220 back. They claimed they didn’t have cash, wouldn’t provide any solution, and wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager or tell me how to reach him. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and careless with customers. I will never trust this location again. Never trust this store.
