Made several calls but percel was not delivered at 9pm that the machine said it would be dropped to our residence . This is not good and highly disappointed . Payment was received at 3:14 pm on 01/2/ but percel on hold by 8:55pm same day . Why this disappointed after paying so much for express delivery.This percel is needed ASAP bf 9AM on 01/04/2026. Express delivery should not use the weekend as an excuse .No call was made requesting duty fee and when I got the text at about 2:30pm on 01/02/2026. Payment was made in less that an hour and it was stated percel will be delivered 01/02/2026 by close of the day, only to read again that percel was on hold for whatever reason .Till this time am expecting my percel . This is like a scam ! You asked me to pay duty fee and I did within an hour only for the percel not to be delivered.got phone number ,to the office, put several calls through and machine kept telling me percel is out for delivery , will get to residence by 9pm and if commercial by 5pm . This is 9:57pm 01/03/2026 . Percel not yet here . I need it bf 9 am tomorrow.!!!!!!!somebody heeeeelp pls
