- SBShenelle BenczeMay 27, 20251.0Have had SEVERAL issues. They never fix anything. Mail lady gives my mail to other lots, and vice versa. I’ve been marked as a move out when I haven’t moved. I’ve had packages and mail sent back to sender for NO REASON. Have called and talked to a worker, no resolution. Have went into the office TWICE, still no resolution. And now I’ve officially changed my address and I can’t even get my ID in the mail!

There's nothing on the call log to direct me to a representative about this issue and I don't have the time to drive clear across town to the office before they close. The call log is a waist of time and the delivery men have cost me hundreds of dollars of damaged merchandise because they jam it in my box and bend the envelopes.

When it gets busy, it can take a little bit to get through the line, but the staff works as quickly as possible. My wife and I both got our passports here and they made the process a lot less stressful.
