My dad has a type of dementia and they are incredibly kind and patient with him. I ended up here after having a horrible experience at Hammond and still needing to mail something and I’m so glad I did.

We left to get copies- came back at 905a and they said the cut off was 9am- wouldn’t take us anymore. Not the best customer service and the tone of as uncalled for.

The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by simple questions about shipping procedures. They treated customers as if everyone should already be experts in mailing packages. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this location based on the lack of customer service and patience.
