- ACAle CruzJan 17, 20261.0Went in for walk in passport Wouldn’t take us because we were missing a copy. Said they would make a copy but they only make copies if we had an appointment. We left to get copies- came back at 905a and they said the cut off was 9am- wouldn’t take us anymore. Not the best customer service and the tone of as uncalled for.

The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by simple questions about shipping procedures. They treated customers as if everyone should already be experts in mailing packages. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this location based on the lack of customer service and patience.
