I recently visited this USPS location and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by simple questions about shipping procedures. They treated customers as if everyone should already be experts in mailing packages. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this location based on the lack of customer service and patience.

If you want to deal with the most sarcastic rude people stop on in and have fun not the first time but will be the last. I cannot believe this person is employed.

Told me no way to do tracking on mail back envelopes, so I had to send travel documents with plain mail, and now they are lost and I have to cancel my $4000 flight tickets. USPS is a joke now. Avoid it at all cost.

They have given me misinformation twice over two separate appointments for getting a passport. Was initially told I couldn't write in the passport form myself Westchester caused me to have to leave and print in my own forms. I come back with forms printed and filled in and they told me I could have written in them. Only issue this time was I didn't have my mother's date of birth on the printed form. They told me to reprint and refill out and then come back back, make ANOTHER appointment which can't be same day and then come back for the appointment. Now I was frustrated so I pressed the issue. Turns out they don't need my mother's date of birth on my application since I'm 32 years old. They are refusing to help me now same day and pushing me off to another location. Seems I can't get my passport moreso because they don't want to help
