Now if the postal fairies could change Mr. Sour Puss Guy's attitude inside...seeing folks as humans beings and not just as an interruption to his work day...this could be a decent place.

Once I asked him to stop and listen, he realized he had the wrong idea of what I was asking. He said he had to put me on hold and never picked back up. Learn some manners, anyone could do your job so get off your high horse and act professional!
