Be aware, they will change the locks on your PO Box after you fill out the renewal and blame it on you that you don’t have the receipt they didn’t give you then make you pay $40 for a lock fee and you don’t even get the mail that was there in the meantime they send it back to the sender. What an absolute joke. Shouldn’t have to continue to renew yearly when we initial that we want the automatic renewal but they make us still do it yearly. But obviously it doesn’t matter anyways. Again, what a joke. Literally never called or emailed to tell me they were changing my locks. So unprofessional.

Every time I am to have a package delivered to my door they say it was not deliverable because nobody was home to sign for it except that there is always someone home because my husband us paraplegic he is always home. So they say they knock on the door which they don't because I have 3 dogs and funny thing is they bark at everything but have never barked at the mail lady when she supposedly comes here. Oh and last but not least they have lost 2 packages this year the thing is they say delivered on them and even though they were delivered to the wrong people it us not their responsibility. I hate the Hebron post office I don't even know why they bother to keep it open.
