She suggested I go to the post office where the zip code matched the zip code on the envelope. She asked where I lived & why I was there. That lady is crazy. That's none of her business. She needs to stick to USPS business & not mine. I told her I already had to call the police on Morgan Park Post Office because they would not release my mail, now she was not accepting mail to cancel a subscription. These people need to be trained right. Thank you!

It was important because it was a customer's replacement part for a cell phone. Also this is not the first time it has happened, I've hunted down packages knocking on my neighbors doors, and sometimes would turn up. GET OFF THE PHONE and deliver the mail appropriately.
