- DWDominiqua WhaleyFeb 24, 20261.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in today. an African American lady, a little heavy set with glasses, and a curly hair style was very rude. This was my first time shipping a package and needed a little assistance and all of her responses were very passive aggressive. Asked for help closing my package she told me “You do it” , watching me struggle with it & ripping it on accident. After i was done Paying for the package, She handed me the receipt, i asked If she needed anything else from me or to see the shipping label and she said “YOU AINT JUST SEE ME PRINT IT OUT?” . Like ok maam, Very disappointed, Guess I know what to expect when needing to ship a package. Be passive aggressive back . 👍🏽

She suggested I go to the post office where the zip code matched the zip code on the envelope. She asked where I lived & why I was there. That lady is crazy. That's none of her business. She needs to stick to USPS business & not mine. I told her I already had to call the police on Morgan Park Post Office because they would not release my mail, now she was not accepting mail to cancel a subscription. These people need to be trained right. Thank you!

It was important because it was a customer's replacement part for a cell phone. Also this is not the first time it has happened, I've hunted down packages knocking on my neighbors doors, and sometimes would turn up. GET OFF THE PHONE and deliver the mail appropriately.
