So is there already.. you just did it the wrong way" I mean... where are you getting this rude people from? Can someone have some dignity when mailing out something? Do I need to feel like I bring a problem with my existance when I comw to the post office? I just ordered all my boxes, envelopes and stamps... not going back there for nothing. Better go to franklin. They are nice

No point in making an appointment as we were seen past our scheduled window and they didn’t even bother to help with any of the paperwork. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re not going to get any help from the staff? This has to be the most inefficient place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. 0/5 Stars
- JUJamie UnversawJan 30, 20261.0Worst customer service ever. Lost my package. Told me to be patient because it was peak season and they would check the processing center. Said they would give me a call back. Never did. No one answers the phone when you call and you can’t leave a message due to the mailbox being full. Someone finally called back a day after it was too late to submit a claim and told me to submit a claim because it was lost. I didn’t know there was a time frame to do that because no one once mentioned that out of the 20 times I called. They just kept saying they probably have it and to be patient. I then called the 1-800 number and explained everything. Hoping they could help. They told me it was too late (only 3 days past the time frame) and nothing they could do to help. I was then hung up on. The whole USPS corporation is terrible.

It’s sad to see our local town usps going down the drain so badly. I should have known to go somewhere else based off the reviews from the past on here … but it was so close I didn’t think it’d turn out so bad.
