- TSTareq Saleh5 days ago1.0Went in, talked to a young guy, maybe late 20s, rude, no time to great customers. I wanted to send some paperwork to an office and requested to include a paid return envelope in my shipment, he said no, it’s not allowed anymore. Said I have to first do it online and bunch of BS. Went to the other location just 5 minutes away, Boss LADY got me all done in like 5 minutes. The individual in this store needs to be disciplined for bad customer service and wrong information.
