I waited in line for about 20 minutes to ask about a package which is fine since it’s peak season. When I got to the front, I showed the worker my tracking number and she told me it was a UPS number. I explained that it was in fact a USPS number and pointed to the logo on my phone. She once again said it was a UPS number and told me to go there. Once outside, I looked again at the very obvious USPS and blue logo and decided to go back in. I waited in another 20 minute line and got to the other worker who said very quickly it was a USPS number. While there wasn’t much she could do, at least that worker did not waste my time. A short errand took a long time for no reason. What a waste of 40 minutes.

Very disrespectful staff. And lack of corp. structure. I felt the distain as soon as the door opened and could tell by the "look" of the "supervisor" it was going to be a bad exp. Refusal to give a name to complain on and an attitude that matches her face made for a memorable time. I called corporate usps before I left the parking lot.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I honestly have never experienced the extreme lack of consideration and sheer disregard to who you are supposed to be of service to. After my experience today, I will never step foot in this post office location ever again.

So I went to the post office earlier today and honestly it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in and there were only two people ahead of me, so I figured it’d be quick. Nope. The clerk at the counter was literally arguing with another employee about whose turn it was to go on break—right in front of everyone. They weren’t even whispering; they were full-on bickering like siblings. When the clerk finally called me up, she didn’t even look at me—just sighed loud as hell and said, “Yeah?” like I was interrupting her day. I explained I needed to ship a small package and asked about the cheapest option. She rolled her eyes, pointed vaguely at a poster behind her, and said, “It’s all right there,” then went back to messing with her phone. The poster had like 20 different prices and sizes, so it wasn’t exactly helpful. I asked again, trying to be patient, and she just snatched the box out of my hand, weighed it, and tossed it onto the counter like it offended her. Then she told me the price, which seemed weirdly high, so I asked if there was another method. She literally shrugged and said, “If you don’t like it, try UPS,” and then turned around to start talking to the other employee again. To top it off, when I paid and said “thank you,” she didn’t say a word—just shoved the receipt toward me and yelled “NEXT!” before I even stepped away. I left there wondering how something as basic as mailing a package turns into a whole attitude-filled ordeal. Whole place felt like nobody wanted to be there, especially not actually being helpful...

I have always had great service at this office. Helpful even when they are busy. Thank you!
