  Absolutely awful trying to get ahold of someone. Terrible at communicating. I’m aware that the holiday season is busy but when they say someone made an attempt to deliver a package when they most certain did not and delay it by days and days, with no answer as to when I will actually receive it, can’t even go and pick it up because it’s stuck on one of their trucks, no, absolutely not. & in the past the packages I do get from them are badly torn and/or even OPENED before I get them. This place needs to get their act together.

  I’d give them a zero star if I could horrible experience the gentleman working there grabbed my package out of my hand while I was at the self-serve shipping and go area and told me my package wouldn’t ship due to it being in a retail package and not in one of their boxes. He was extremely rude and told me that I could not scan my package due to it not being in one of their boxes. I told them that I’ve shipped tons of these before with no issues and he said I quote I will not accept that package if you print the label. I went to the other location on 31 no issues they shipped my package. The guy said thank you and gave me my receipt.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. Upon entering the store, the employee Kia (with orange hair) did not greet me, acknowledge my presence, or offer any assistance. I proceeded to the Print & Go station, and she still did not say a single word to me. However, when another customer—who was white—walked in right after me, Kia immediately greeted and welcomed them. The difference in treatment was very clear and unacceptable. This behavior reflects poor customer service and raises serious concerns about professionalism and possible bias. When I asked to speak with a manager, Kia stated that the manager would not be back until next week. I am bringing this matter to the attention of FedEx corporate because all customers deserve to be treated with equal respect and courtesy. I hope this incident is reviewed and addressed appropriately.

  Donica the store manager is one of the rudest human beings I have ever met and was completely unhelpful. Her attitude and snarkiness will drive customers away, I will never be back

  Donica the store lady manager is an absolutely rude associate that refuses to take boxes and forces you to buy tape. Seems like other people have had similar issues and will refuse a package over the smallest thing such as a tiny rip that doesn't even affect the structural integrity of the box. She then puts up sass when you bring up a question or concern.
