Pay twice as much money for 10% of the help--if you can get the employees who are "busy" standing around and talking to help at all. I called ahead. Got a person far too interested in getting me off the phone to actually answer my questions. Followed directions to send an email, got the email that the item was ready at the kiosk. IT
WAS NOT READY. I had to enter payment before I could get a price. I wasted gas and time driving to the store to be told this was going to cost nearly $100 and have to do all the work myself. You should pay me for the gas and time I wasted having to learn how much this lack of help costs!!!

Attendant was completely unhelpful and did NOT care at all that our package, clearly marked as FRAGILE, was bashed in on one side. When I asked to open the package before we accepted it to ensure the items were damaged, she seemed annoyed that I was asking. Gee, the audacity is my bothering you to help your customers.
We then started to open the package to check the items, she rudely stated that if we open the package, we have to take it. I asked what if the items were broken inside, she just repeated the same thing. I asked what do I do if the items were in fact broken, she didn’t offer any assistance but just said the policy is that “if we open the package, we have to take it, that’s the policy” Not helpful at all.
You would think that if you actually work for FedEx and a shipment was damaged, you would at least try to help your customers navigate that step. It was in fact your company which was hired to ship the item and yet damaged the items in transit. Sad that this is what customer service as resorted to.
