Granger, Ind. Location. I asked for a tracker to be put on a 5 x 7 manila envelope that I mailed 15 days ago from Granger to Austin Texas. I had photos of the envelope. The postal worker (Myrna) Just shrugged her shoulders and said there’s nothing she can do. “That’s the chance you take with mailing letters. She said there’s no way we can track it and we just don’t do that.” She had no intention of even discussing it with me just blew it off. I guess you can’t trust the United States post office. Through rain and sleet and snow. Nothing will stop them to do their job except the actual job itself….. I am so sad and disappointed that the cash I sent to my grandchildren will never get to them. But more disappointed in a Postal Service that doesn’t care that the job was not done. Seriously? $.78 for each stamp. Their wages keep going up, but their quality of work keeps going down. I’m very disappointed in Granger Indiana post office department.. I don’t care attitude was very, very disappointing and the lack of service even more so…. There’s just no reason to shrug your shoulders at a customer and say that “that’s the chance that you take”

Worst Post Office ever, can't even talk to some one on hold for 3-hour. They don't even deserve a star

I had a passport appointment at 11:30 and I l left 25 minutes early from home but arrived at 11:34 due to road closures I was unknown about near the post office. For this reason I had a 4 minute delay in arriving. I spoke to the passport agent, who was working at the front, and she said you have to reschedule if you’re more than 5 minutes late even when we arrived before the five minutes were up. She argued with us for 10 minutes when she could have finished our appointment by then. She then went and took the next appointment five minutes earlier when she could have still taken us. She was being very arrogant and kept on repeating that she needed to go on lunch break after 12 even when we had all of our documents ready at 11:34. We had a 15 minute time slot and still had 10 minutes left which she wasted while taking another customer and blamed that we should have been on time.
