  I get all of my pool drawings printed in Elkhart, the staff is great at the counter always friendly. I also recieved the prints before I could get to the other counter to pay for the services.

  Our local Staples store is always very helpful, polite and quick to turn around our orders. The rewards program is a benefit to us as well.

  Have been a Staples consumer for 20+ years, and have been highly satisfied with their excellence in customer service, promptness, friendliness, and helpfulness. They always go above and beyond and exceed my expectations. More recently, my business cards from another merchant were incorrect. They said it would take several days to reprint them. My flight was leaving town for a conference in 16 hours, so I made a last minute dash Staples in Dunlap IN to see if they could make the seemingly impossible possible. To my surprise—I was in luck! They made the corrections, reviewed them with me, said no guarantees I could get them before the next morning, but would do their best. Within 3 hours I received a notification that my order was ready! That’s not customer service at its finest —but the heartbeat of leadership behind the staff who delivers with excellence.
