Two out of every three times I attempt to go, the doors are locked and curtains closed during normal business hours. This is not fair to the community and your customers that may be paying for the PO Box service. When they are open, all is well. This government building gotta do better.

I ran downstairs opened the door looking dumbfounded because I thought there was something there for me. She left me an orange slip and I had to reschedule my delivery and she needed a signature. I guess that is why she didn't bother to come to my door. That did no good they told me they could not deliver the very next day. I would have to wait. Bad Service. If you don't want to deliver mail that requires a signature perhaps you're working the wrong job. Very bad service and unprofessional I'm sure the mail lady gets her mail delivered . Try treating people the way you'd like to be treated .
