Rude about boxes and how people are shipping their packages back. Most are shipping back exactly how they were shipped to them! Also rudely telling them to buy a box even though we know they don’t need to. The two last times was an elderly lady and a man who spoke very little English. The elderly lady was upset in the parking lot. This is unacceptable. Yesterday I witnessed a man stand in line holding multiple packages. Mind you line was like 15 plus people. Snarky girl helps him with Amazon but then tells him you must go to end of line for your last package! Like what?! That’s awful after standing in line that long. This is not customer service. Let’s be clear she was not nice about it ether. We know it’s the holidays and things are crazy busy but have compassion. If you don’t like your job find one you do. I would think being busy would make your day faster but they truly make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them.
