- LOLora Osborn6 days ago2.0This is my go to place for all our packages but in the last two months Ive witnessed two of your main girls treating people awful. They’re snarky and short with people. Rude about boxes and how people are shipping their packages back. Most are shipping back exactly how they were shipped to them! Also rudely telling them to buy a box even though we know they don’t need to. The two last times was an elderly lady and a man who spoke very little English. The elderly lady was upset in the parking lot. This is unacceptable. Yesterday I witnessed a man stand in line holding multiple packages. Mind you line was like 15 plus people. Snarky girl helps him with Amazon but then tells him you must go to end of line for your last package! Like what?! That’s awful after standing in line that long. This is not customer service. Let’s be clear she was not nice about it ether. We know it’s the holidays and things are crazy busy but have compassion. If you don’t like your job find one you do. I would think being busy would make your day faster but they truly make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them.

We payed for insurance on one of two packages, and of course the insured one is "delivered" with no proof, and is now missing. It wasnt porch pirates, as there were a few inches of snow on the ground and zero foot prints in the snow at the time UPS claimed to deliver the package or any other time in the day. We cannot count on people doing the bare minimum of their job. Do better UPS especially around this time of year. It is less stress to drive 600 miles ourselves to deliver packages and ensure delivery. ZERO trust in UPS.

Meanwhile my 8 week old was very worked up during this and another employee helped me by rocking her car seat so I could address everything as needed. I was so appreciative of their service!
