One time I had a package delivered by USPS to a neighboring town by accident and they called that post office and had them get my package over to Frankton the next day! Above and beyond in service. My dog gets a treat or two at nearly every visit. Thank you, Frankton post office.

They get to know their customers by name and are always super friendly every time I walk in to get my mail and packages. Their hours are different but if you memorize when they will be open then it’s no big deal!:). I don’t enjoy having a post office box and not having the option for my mail to be delivered to my home. But since I HAVE to have a PO Box then I’m glad it’s at the Frankton Post Office!
