- ALA LickliterFeb 20, 20265.0My daughter and her boyfriend applied for passports last week. Wyatt helped her and she RAVED about how much she enjoyed him. Fast forward to today when I went in for my own passport...much to my dismay, Wyatt wasn't handling the process for the people ahead of me. The wait times were starting to back up, with people not being helped until 30+ minutes past their appointment times. BUT, Wyatt came back just in time to call my name and grace me with his exceptional customer service! Seriously though, he didn't make me feel rushed and he answered all my questions with professionalism and humor. He took an amazing passport photo, despite my protests that it wouldn't be easy to get a good one. I had a 15 minute timeframe allotted, and I was back in my car 13 minutes after he called my name. PERFECT! He made me feel special but, judging from all of these reviews, he makes everyone feel this way! Haha! It's nice to interact with someone who clearly enjoys their job and puts their people-skills to good use. Thank you Wyatt! :)

- JHJ HJan 13, 20261.0This location is a rip off. Had two padded envelopes that weighed less than 13oz and was told it had to be shipped via ground. So what should have costed maybe $5 ended up costing $15. Since when has the USPS considered a padded ENVELOPE to be a package?
