He made the passport process seamless, quick, and completely painless. I already had a passport but needed a new one due to a name change, and compared to the last time I went through this, the difference was night and day. Wyatt was efficient, knowledgeable, and effortless in his approach, which instantly put me at ease. 10/10 experience. I will be recommending the Franklin branch to everyone I know who needs a passport. Also, the passport photo Wyatt took of me could literally be submitted to a modeling agency, A+ photography skills! As an added bonus to an already wonderful visit, I also learned about Wyatt Earp, the famous Illinois outlaw. While Post Office Wyatt may not be controversial, he does rock some excellent facial hair similar to Earp’s. Overall, an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish!
