I thought I had an appointment, but I must not have finalized it. They still got me in. Angela was so friendly and explained everything. I truly appreciated her. Great person.

They had two kids: one was distracted with a phone and the other was younger and was a little bit upset (I don’t blame the kid, who would want to be at the post office). So, the parents tried to calm down the younger one. They were doing a good job, but the woman who helped both the family, and afterwards myself, had offered to give the kids some books to keep them happy. That’s literally the best thing I’ve seen all week! TL;dr heartwarming story. Great job.
