- BRBhuvanesh ReddyOct 13, 20251.0People closed the shutter and are inside listening to the songs with high volume and no matter how many times I pressed the push for service button no one showed up. I waited for so long and pressed the service bell like 7 times. Lot of people came and turned back. No wonder why this post office has less ratings. Worst service by usps. You could close this branch actually because it's of no use to people.

You can hear the employees gossiping behind the wall while you wait for them to acknowledge you. The place is a mess and some days it smells like smoke.Then they stamped my mail with the wrong date.🙄 So frustrating that this is our only option in our cute little town.

They either don’t hold or don’t deliver as requested or deliver the held mail, then continue to hold. This Always requires a trip to the post office to recover or restart the mail process. If I have anything critical to mail, I will always go to Pendleton instead, a much better managed facility.

It is just fortunate that you are closed at this very moment, or you would be hearing about this experience PERSONALLY.
