- SBSylas BFeb 6, 20261.02 issues here lately. One package got delivered with the items stolen from the package. Issue two, I had a package coming that needed a signature, the mailman never came to the door. He left the drop off notice in the mailbox. I was home at the time. Very very frustrating

I drove all the way to this office and even though I arrived last minute trying to prevent a panic attack in the lobby, the staff was so gentle and helpful with me. Their kindness made my day, I wouldn't have been able to get the packages out in time for Christmas at all if they hadn't shown such generosity. 10/10 best staff ever, I don't know what I would've done if they hadn't helped me.
