  Had a QR code and tracking number for them to print a label. The employee tried to scan the QR code and said the system can’t handle scanning a screen set to dark mode. The shipping email said FedEx could use the tracking number to generate the label, so I gave the employee that and he said it didn’t work. I showed him the email FROM FEDEX with the instructions and number and he just shrugged at me - no problem solving skills or knowledge. He said I needed to turn off dark mode on my phone then stood sighing, tapping, and fidgeting while I changed my phone settings to help him scan a code. After I did that, he laughed and said he’d been in the wrong screen the whole time. 👏👏👏👏 Outstanding.

  How about you have employees GET OFF THEIR CELL PHONE, QUIT SANP CHATTING “bro’s” AND HELP CUSTOMERS. Stopping here is a waste of time.

  I had multiple packages to mail to different locations throughout the state of Indiana. Chad was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He answered all my questions and provided great customer service.
