We were told last week that we could come back the following saturday with passport photos to complete the process. We stopped in this following Saturday and were told that they could provide service because there was only one person working and that they could schedule something for us but it would be 6 weeks. Told us we could drive to the other locations but you wont have time to get there in time becuase their walkin hours end at 10: 30 am. Waste of time and frustrating

I have called several times.Every time on hold for over an hour. I even talked to the mail girl the one day in her truck.I told her the mail is not getting picked up.
