- EJElizabeth Jordan6 days ago1.0I went to the downtown location at 1501 S Clinton on Tuesday February 24th it was mailed to a local address they sent my mail to Denver Colorado just to send it back to be delivered in Fort Wayne Indiana. Why is that being done? The lady that I spoke with said it would be delivered the next day. Now my rent is being sent to Denver Colorado and my landlord lives in Fort Wayne Indiana and so do I this has never happened to me. Why is this happening. They are playing games with my mail at the downtown local office. I don’t understand why they did that.

Even though I had booked the appointment online (and received a confirmation text), for some reason it did not show up in their system or on Google’s appointment side. Despite this confusion, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. I would like to commend this staff member, Beth. We were helped by Beth, who was kind, professional, and efficient. They were able to take care of our passport renewal on the spot, which was especially important because we’re leaving in four weeks. Thank you to the staff for accommodating us last minute and helping us despite the system not showing any record of the appointment. Your professionalism and willingness to help are greatly appreciated.
