- RGRaycheen GuyDec 31, 20251.0Wish I could give no stars!! Very unprofessional staff, had an attitude because she had to work. Please call before you go to make sure they are open. Don’t go by the sign for office hours because even though they should be open they may not be. Horrible!!! USPS Fort Wayne IN, Diplomat office.
- MGMichelle GreenDec 30, 20251.0Rudest people in person and on the phone (if you can get them to answer). Always have an excuse. Often don’t deliver our mail on Mondays. Can’t follow simple hold requests. We put a hold request in and indicated that we would pick up our mail at the end of the hold. Mail wasn’t there when we went to pick it up and we were told that it was out with the carrier. It was a Monday so of course it wasn’t delivered. Was once given an attempted delivery notice for a package. When I called about it and told them I was home all day and had gone to my box within minutes of being notified. They contacted the carrier and she brought the package about 30 minutes later. When I questioned her about the attempted delivery she said she didn’t think anyone was home because there were no cars in the driveway. Almost everyone on our street puts their cars in the garage🙄 This branch needs a complete overhaul.

You have to go up there and waste gas to let them know that they delivered the wrong mail constantly! But when you leave a note letting them know they’re wrong so you don’t have to constantly waste your gas, they stop delivering your mail and the manager doesn’t care either! What a great manger and employees so proud!
