- JPJason PDec 30, 20251.0In case your wondering why your going belly up, here's another good example. Apparently it matters what color of box you can use now. Doesn't matter what the label says, because that's what the scanner reads, not the color of the box. AND, when they tell you that they can sell you a box for 5 times what you would pay anywhere else(amazon, walmart, etc) that's why nobody want to use you anymore! So now, go home, find a brown box, waste time and gas just because of the color is white and not brown. You kinda deserve what's coming when your all unemployed because nobody uses you anymore.

They also didn't update their holiday hours for package pick-up online (seeing as how they were a half hour earlier to close) so I drove out of my way, in a rush, in the cold, just to get there with 20 minutes to spare to find them closed. How am I supposed to know they have different hours if they don't let people know? I'm not sure if I can get my mail before Christmas now.

It doesn't blow me out of the water or anything, but the people who run the counter are reasonable and decent people. Granted, I've never had to call the post office, but the way my visits have gone certainly doesn't warrant one star.
