they put you on hold for over an hour when you try to call them they do not produce a key for your mailbox forever. I still don’t have one and they hold your mail even though normally it would not go in the mailbox that they’re holding the key for an Amazon delivery.. They suck.

In case your wondering why your going belly up, here's another good example. Apparently it matters what color of box you can use now. Doesn't matter what the label says, because that's what the scanner reads, not the color of the box. AND, when they tell you that they can sell you a box for 5 times what you would pay anywhere else(amazon, walmart, etc) that's why nobody want to use you anymore! So now, go home, find a brown box, waste time and gas just because of the color is white and not brown. You kinda deserve what's coming when your all unemployed because nobody uses you anymore.
