  It seems this place is so busy on Monday. I got out like almost 25 minutes just to send back a package. Well, there are days they aren't busy though so I rate it 8.

  Some of my beef is beyond their control. UPS closed its customer service department forcing businesses to go to UPS stores with their drop offs or pay to have the packages picked up which isn’t feasible for my small business. When I moved the business from Chicago to FW I went in and introduced myself. The Chicago location was always helpful when we’d do our large daily drop offs. After coming here multiple times a week for 2 years I don’t get even a wink of recognition from the staff. The staff rotates often but there’s plenty there that should know me by now. I don’t come daily because honestly at this point I avoid using UPS to ship when I can help it. The parking is awful and I often have lots of packages that I bring in a cart. The self scans are directly in front of the door which makes it difficult to get in and out. And when I place my packages on their cart by the counter I’m always asked if they’ve been scanned as if it’s my first time coming in. This means they didn’t see me struggling through the people, scanning all the packages in, trying to give other customers room and then bringing my boxes over. There’s one lady there that always seems annoyed with me, perhaps she expects me to leave all my packages in the lobby? I don’t know because no one talks to me. I occasionally get a thank you, when I stack my packages by the side of the counter. The DuPont location is further out of my way so I don’t go to that one. When I leave UPS I go to our post office with the rest of my packages where they great me and sometimes help me get the bins out of my car. They smile at me and thank me for my business. It’s such a stark contrast to my UPS store experience. Happy smiling people who don’t make me feel like they’re doing me a favor just by being open. Every time I print a UPS label I dread going in. Again, much of it isn’t their fault but the inconvenience of the parking lot, self checkout, and layout of the store could be easily offset by some smiles, recognition, and a thank you.

  The workers were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! There were a lot of people there and they had a nice long curvy line so everyone could fit inside and not have to stand outside in the cold. They also moved the line along very quickly!!

  The Coventry UPS Store is our go-to store when we are in the area. They are fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. The staff members keep the line moving, and we have never had to wait for an extended period of time to be helped.
