- AAAlyssa ArmentaAug 13, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I definitely would! I am highly disappointed with the services I received. Long story short my Fiancé and I requested invites for our wedding to be done. I received a quote of $196.31 for the invite design, print and names being printed on the envelope. When we received the first draft of invites and I didn’t like it, it was very old school and not what I had pictured. I then asked if she could use a different font to better match our online website. She told me that it would cost extra or they could try to find a similar font. The second draft was somehow worse. I decided to just create my own invites on Canva because of the constant going back and forth and time. She then told me that she couldn’t access my excel spreadsheet for the names and addresses and I would have to re do them. I felt like I shouldn’t have to do that as that is a part of their job and I don’t have the time to make it how she wanted. At this point I was beyond frustrated, it felt like they didn't want to help us, my fiancé even called them to discuss and got hung up on twice. We told her at this point just print the invites because they said we wouldn’t get our deposits back. She then proceeded to charge us an additional $100 over the quote!! Over something I designed and they just had to print! They didn’t even put the names on the envelope! Just the back with our names. I cannot believe I paid $300 for invites that I created. Absolutely ridiculous, would never recommend this company to anyone.

He was so fabulous, he listened to my plans and what I was hoping to have, he told me what he could and couldn't do. When we discovered he didn't have any paper that was fitting my image of what I wanted, he allowed me to find the paper and supply it for him! Yay! He communicated with me during the process, and when we had hit a bump in the road he did everything in his power to smooth it out. He was a great person to work with, and I will definitely be going back to him for future projects!
