They told me it would be 30 minutes and did not tell me a price. I waited 30 minutes and they were not done. I waited 10 more and 1 of them decided to help me and give me a price after telling me it was suddenly cash only. It was an astounding $180. I told her I wouldn't have ordered that if I knew and also I didn't have that much cash. They charged me $6 to get my original copy back, but bound. BUT they made me sit there and wait while they bound it for even longer! They wouldn't just give me the done copy! I can't understand why they wasted more of my time. And the worker's time who was struggling to bind it.

McKenna was so helpful and made sure the copies looked just like the original. She was insanely sweet and took great care in this project and understood it meant a lot to me. Another young man was working and was helpful as well and gave great input on how to resize and what would work best. I will definitely utilize this location as much as possible.
