- VTVictoria ThackerSep 12, 20231.0Called 2 weeks ago to change my address and their messed up online website wouldn’t take my debit card so the lady on the phone told me to fill out change of address forms and put them in the Mail Drop box and that would work. Well 2 weeks later when I still hadn’t received my mail I finally got a note in my box that said all of my family had to come in with ID’s to get my address changed and all of my mail released. Absolutely ridiculous!!! 2 of my 4 family members are babies lmao then when I called to ask why I was lied to on the phone 2 weeks ago the new lady I spoke to said “well idk why they told you that” well I don’t either lady but it sure would’ve been nice to know because this is so inconvenient
