- MMmadi_jamesAug 28, 20252.0Not only did we receive a letter one day without any warning that our mailbox must be moved asap and any mail starting that day will be held for pickup, but when I go to pickup said mail they cannot find a package that Amazon specifically told me was left there for pickup. The lady at the counter was pretty rude and spoke over me while I was asking about that package. Didn’t even give me the time of day. Definitely disappointed to say the least.

My comment is about the delivery people who left me a note Monday saying that they couldn’t deliver a package to my address because I don’t have a U-turn driveway, yet were able to deliver a package today. UPS and FedEx have no problems delivering to my house yet USPS does. Maybe if you cannot complete a three point turn around, you shouldn’t have a job that requires driving.

Not sure her name, but a lady at this office (maybe Robin?) not only reached out to where it was last scanned, but followed up with me and went above and beyond to help me track down an important Christmas package. And to top it off, she was so kind and made the experience so much better!!! Now that is amazing customer service. Thank you!
