- JMJohn MarshallOct 6, 20251.0I've generally had good luck at this location, but this morning encountered someone who wanted to apply their own interpretation on top of the return instructions provided by the company I was working with. She demanded that I provide the box the item was originally shipped in, which to be clear didn't exist. This item was shipped in a thin plastic bag. The company I was returning from also confirmed they expect UPS to put it back in a bag since that's how it is shipped out. Note: this is the second item I've returned from Ariat to this location, and the first had no issues. I've used 1 star to reflect current staff.

The next day I got super quick responses and my cards all printed perfectly by 10:30am. Super nice, super responsive, and they acted like it was no problem at all.
