Left a slip and I signed it so they would leave the package. 2nd attempt, didn't leave the package when the original slip was signed. Signed the new slip so they would leave the package. 3rd attempt, didn't leave the package and it was rerouted to the local hub. Called customer service, they changed the delivery location to the Floyd's Knobs store. 4th attempt. Went to this store and Sam was very helpful. Gave me the phone number to the local hub. I called the local hub and they said it would be at the Floyd's Knobs store the next day. 5th attempt, went in to the FK store, Sam was working, and he remembered me. No package so he called the local hub, they said it would be here the next day. 6th attempt, waited an extra day, went back to the FK store, Sam was not working and they other employees were not helpful at all. I told them I'm not mad, I just need to know when I can get my package. The gentleman I was working with moved on to the next customer and a different lady told me they can help which packages they send from the hub. Called customer service and they said I could TRY again on Friday. Sam is the only helpful person at this location, he even texted me from his personal cell to let me know my package would be here which was the reason for my 6th attempt. 7th attempt.... TBD. If you go to this location, ask for Sam. He will go above and beyond to help.
