They'll mark you package as undeliverable if they don't want to walk it to your door. Lazy.

NEVER EVER sign up for this post office’s Premier Forwarding service. We have to pay for this service weekly (beginning Dec 17, 2025) and 3 weeks later, have yet to receive ANY mail. It’s supposed to come bundled once a week to our temporary address, and we’ve seen nothing. Talking to the supervisor was a waste of time (I was told there was no mail to forward - really? I know that’s not true because I signed up for daily emails re: mail and packages to be delivered and there’s been something every day). It’s just SO FRUSTRATING and unnerving to have no control over this.

I been trying to call my local post office for the past 24 hours and they will not pick up there phone and when I called the last hour before they closed they had a computer talking that rest of the last hour of work they do not answer phones a hour before close and it seems like they don't answer phones when they first open up cause I called MUTIPLE TIMES the first two hours as well, not everybody is able to come in person to them that is ridiculous and inconvenient and rude of them to not answer calls and on top of that they close at early time that is not convenient for people that work and I don't think I should have to burn my gas for there mess up either or have to use pto for situation that was plain ignorance and laziness on delivering my package, The package did not weight enough for them to put in a parcel locker and they were lazy and did not pay attention to the key they gave me cause before I tested the key I could tell it was not going to work before it did not work cause it had no label on it and my package is a prescription package is sensitive and time matter package and I don't like the fact that is not being resolved in a timely manner and IT IS NOT A PRIORITY FOR THERE SCREW UP. Not only I was trying to call them about their screw up on my package but I want them to make a note in the future to never deliver packages in the parcel locker, THEY NEED TO PUT IT IN MY MAILBOX OR LEAVE IT OUTSIDE MY DOOR. Last issue I want to mention is that they don't have their direct number available on the internet to customers for easier access to call as well they have the customer service number labeled for the local post office. I had to call them to get to the local post office and get their number, again rude, inconvenient and just plain lazy horrible customer service you don't want to answer your phones and make it a game for customers to get ahold of you.
