She had the audacity to complain about other customers in front of me with another coworker. She dismissed even giving me guidance to help me with my situation. This is a poor representation of my hard earned tax dollars at work. People need to realize what you put out into the universe will come back to you. As a taxpayer, she needs to be fired. This post office is 90% rude all the time.

Shortly after, I received an email saying delivery attempted but the mailbox was full. The order was for a 2-pack of 20x25x4" furnace filters... how is that going to fit in a mailbox. Laziness is rich at this location. The Post Master needs replaced.

The postal worker have terrible attitudes and seem to always looking for ways to avoid work and avoid responsibility. There seems to be a complete lack of motivation or any pride in their work. Sadly, this affects citizens who have zero recourse to get things improved. Management is non-responsive and doesn’t seem to care if there are issues either.
