I was greeted by an older gentleman who greeted me with “what you got“ And after providing me the label to ship my package, he walked away from the counter to do something else. I extended the courtesy and said thank you and received in reply “uh-huh”.

The man was able to locate my account but said they couldn’t ship it because their software was down. He said to come back in the am. When I came back in the am, the woman at the counter said she couldn’t identify my account with my cell. I called FedEx and they couldn’t locate my account regardless of the information I gave them. (I’ve had a business account with FedEx for many years). I left and mailed my package Priority Mail and it got there in 2 days.

Which bump price to well over a hundred dollars. Took my business to ups and they did it for not even half the cost. If you value your time energy and money avoid shipping with this fedex.
