Since I needed same day printing, Jordan helped me to the self service machine, walked me through it and was so kind to tell me that if I needed help to let him know. He was gracious and I’m grateful I stopped by for my printing needs. I had visited a competitor minutes before and met with a totally different experience. Thanks Jordan!
