I have to apologize because Newegg finally admitted they were in the wrong. Newegg had simply lost the item and wanted me to wrongly file a claim with UPS to try and get my money back. Newegg finally found the item and gave me my money back. Employees of this store are very nice and I will do business with them again, apologies for my initial accusations.
