  Store is very messy and cluttered. Went in to have something printed. Staff was very short and agitated. Pointed in a general direction and told me they had self service.

  I see a lot of reviews of the Evansville store saying this same thing, but I'll reiterate here... This store shouldn't be marketed as an Amazon return option if there isn't an employee to process the returns. Three customers with returns when I was there, and there is only a cardboard clock on the counter saying an employee will return in 20 minutes. All three customers left without being served or interacting with a Staples employee at all. We were all unsuccessful at returning an Amazon package at this location and will need to either return to the store with hopes the counter might possibly be staffed in the future or pay the extra through Amazon to process the return elsewhere.

  Two separate orders of business cards. Ordered early morning and told they’d be done next day. Neither even started when I went to pick them up. First time I waited 45min for them to be printed because they were NEEDED that day. Double sided cards printed same on both sides on handful of them wasn’t what I ordered. Do better.
