The dude with long hair at the desk was rude and made me feel like I was a pain in the ass when I was just trying to figure out why my license keeps getting sent back to the bmv I do not recommend this place I understand he was the only one there but as a mom who is extremely overwhelmed I thought he was being rude and this interaction was enough to make me have a mental breakdown on my drive home even if it was my fault there was no reason to be rude to me I hate how people can’t just be nice it’s not that hard you never know what someone’s going through so you should always be nice

Very helpful staff. I have been to many usps that often make you feel unwanted but the two I met today were helpful and courteous!

They suck at getting mail forwarded when you have a change of address. They do not pay attention and you can't get through on the local number ever.

Had a mix up with a package and Jenny went above and beyond to help me find it! Excellent customer service!

The workers at the counter are great, but the supervisor is unpleasant to speak to concerning issues. I was unable to get a direct answer about my problem and was told that after a package is delivered to the wrong address, it is no longer their responsibility to fix the problem, and the customer would have to fix the problem themself, when it was the post office's mistake in the first place. Thanks for the constant frown and unapologetic attitude.
