  I have no idea how much these delivery drivers get paid, but I think it should be nothing if they can't even be bothered to bring your package to the door! I heard him out there, so I was standing in my door waiting for him to bring my $650 phone to my door, being as though it is 30° outside! But now, he dropped it in my yard and left it there! I am disabled, so I couldn't go out there and get it myself.. it was left closer to my driveway than my porch or my door, so literally anyone walking by could grab it! I called customer service, good luck getting a live person.. once you do get a live person, they don't speak english.. then when you tell them they need to send someone to bring it to the door, they say it will be at least 22 hours until that could happen, and then when you request to speak with a supervisor, you get put on hold for another hour! UPS does not care about the customer AT ALL! My husband had to leave work early to come and get this phone out of the yard, I bet you're not going to reimburse him for that! Terrible service, never recommend!

  It is an easy and quick way to send packages nationality and internationally. I ask some people about some important questions like Over Seas shipping and they were really knowledgeable about the procedure and steps I need to make. The store was clean and the wait time was not much.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never return to this location again had the worst customer service & smiled the whole time they lied about the internet being down & scanned the lady behind us no problem to ship her package. They even said the east side location was down & that was a lie! It was a rude young guy & a young lady that didn't have a clue but we went to Staples & they said they weren't surprised because they were getting more and more business from the westside UPS store lately & now they know why. The lady that helped us at Staples was nice, polite & even helped us print our labels so if you need something shipped I'd go to them & don't waste your time and gas going to Pearl Drive.

  I have yet to have a positive experience with this location. The company I work for has a commercial account and spends $150k-$200k annually with UPS, and we almost never have issues with our account manager, international account manager, drivers or center staff, and yet this location can’t seem to ever do simple things correctly or at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this location like the plague.

  Believe all of the horrible reviews - they can’t print labels, they can’t email labels and they will charge you $10 for a box for a return. The staff or incompetent. It’s sooo frustrating.
