Won’t let me pick up a package, won’t let me reschedule a delivery, on a package that says being held at post office by customer request, even though I didn’t request this

Yup, guy at the counter was too busy being lazy to help me. I always supported the post office, but now I'm starting to think DOGE needs to wipe it out also lol.

My in laws sent us a christmas card with a USPS money order. I went to this location to cash the $25 money order. The person working was acting like I falsified the money order. His words exactly were " the machine says the numbers aren't real and he also said as he was holding it up to the light, that it looks real but I cant tell, as if I gave him a fake money order. I was insulted and I instantly knew this was racially motivated. After a number of tries he finally got his machine to read the numbers and the transaction was completed. I will never go into this office again!!

It seems like every time I go on there the employs are so grumpy. I went to pay for a stamp, knowing it would only be 40 odd cents but all I had was a $20 bill, the employ proceeded to ask me very loudly in front over every one else if i had anything smaller and say I was draining the drawer. This wasn't the first time something like this had happened.
