My delivery person apparently has a "weight restriction" so instead of delivering my package, scanned it as that I requested it to be held at the post office. This leaves me no way to request a re-delivery, requiring me to pick it up myself, get it loaded into my car, and bring it back home. Someone paid to have this delivered to me, and yet they can bypass that and put the work on me with no repercussions. This is not the first time I've had issues with my delivery person, and I've never been allowed to file any complaint about her.
