I once even got “talk to a customer service representative press 1”. I pressed one and it wouldn’t go through. The voice kept talking. I changed my delivery date online but even with the confirmation of the date change the package is coming on first scheduled date. This package needs a signature and I won’t be here on date of delivery. BEYOND FRUSTRATED! UPS is the way to go!
